Any product that has a 3.5 mm headphone jack or USB-C audio port: airplane seats, treadmills, car AUX inputs, TVs, older game consoles, studio mixers, and laptops.

Yes. AirWave has a built-in microphone and supports the Bluetooth HFP (Hands-Free Profile). When it’s paired to your phone in RX (Receive) mode, incoming calls automatically route through AirWave, so you can talk hands-free.

Yes. AirWave uses Bluetooth 5.4, so it connects to all modern Bluetooth audio gear from Apple, Samsung, Sony, Bose, Beats, and others.

Latency is below 40 ms in normal mode, imperceptible for music and casual video. For critical watching, switch on Low-Latency mode to cut delay even further.

Yes. Plug the included dual-prong airline adapter or the 3.5 mm connector into the seat jack, set AirWave to Transmit, then pair your wireless headphones.

20-plus hours on a full charge. A quick 10-minute top-up over USB-C adds around 3 hours of play time.

Up to 10 m (33 ft) in open space, roughly one room through standard walls.

Yes. Plug into a power bank or wall charger and keep streaming.

Slide the TX-RX switch on the side. A status LED changes color to confirm the mode.

It stores up to eight previous pairings and auto-reconnects to the last-used device at power-on.

If your TV’s built-in Bluetooth has lag or drops, AirWave’s low-latency codec and stronger antenna can provide a cleaner link.

AirWave transmits the original PCM signal with no extra compression, preserving full resolution up to CD quality (16-bit, 44.1 kHz).

SHIPPING

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, including those with express shipping selected. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4–5 business days. You’ll see estimated shipping timelines at checkout based on the method you choose.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created, depending on the carrier.

On average, orders to the U.S. are delivered in 7-14 business days (not including processing time), sometimes even sooner. Orders to Canada typically arrive within 7-14 business days for most provinces, though some regions may experience longer delivery times. Please refer to our Canada-specific shipping FAQ for detailed provincial estimates.

Shipping is free on North American orders over $50. If your order is below that threshold, a flat rate will be applied at checkout.

Currently, we ship to North America only: this includes all U.S. states and Canadian provinces.

Yes. We ship across Canada with tracking provided. Delivery times vary by province, but most arrive within 7-14 business days after processing.

Not at the moment. We’re focused on North America for now, but international shipping is on our roadmap. Drop us a message if you really want it :)

Most U.S. orders do not incur duties. For Canadian customers, duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations and order value. These are the responsibility of the buyer if charged.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it ships. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in anytime to view your order status.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If something’s off with your order, reach out to us through our Contact Page with your order number and we’ll make it right.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.

Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. If the payment fails, you won’t be charged and your order won’t go through.

Yes. If you’ve saved a payment method via Shop Pay or your browser wallet, you can manage or delete it during checkout or via your account settings.

No stress. Just click “Forgot password” on the login page, and follow the reset instructions emailed to you.

Orders may be cancelled automatically due to payment issues, high-risk flags, or stock availability. If your order was cancelled and you're unsure why, contact us, we’ll help you sort it out quickly.

We start processing orders quickly, so cancellations or changes aren’t always possible once your order is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP with your order number and request. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes after the order enters processing or ships.
